AGENDA FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING TUESDAY July 25, 2017, 5:00 P.M. AMERY CITY HALL, 118 CENTER ST., AMERY, WISCONSIN (715) 268-7486, cityhall@amerywi.gov 1.) Call to order and roll call. 2.) Reimbursement to Chief Marson for vandalism damage to his personal vehicle 3.) Budget Amendment for $92,970 to purchase SCBA units for the Fire Dept. 4.) Police union contract re-opener. 5.) The Committee may convene in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This pertains to a former employee. The Committee will continue in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This pertains to a former employee and possible developers agreements. 9.) The Committee will reconvene in open session and may act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 10.)
