North Twin Boat Landing Grant Match 3.) The Committee may convene in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. a.) This pertains to an offer to purchase City owned property for residential development. b.) This pertains to the extension of City utilities to service property for residential development. 4.) The Committee will reconvene in open session and may act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 5.)
