Call to order. 2.) 2018 Budget Considerations: Amery Cemetery Operation and Maintenance Capital Projects Debt Service 3.) Possible closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This pertains to the Public Works Director, the Chief of Police, and the City Clerk-Treasurer. 2018 Employee Wages. The Committee may continue in closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This pertains to an offer to purchase City owned property. 4.) The Committee will reconvene in open session and may act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 5.)
