Call to order. 2.) 2018 Budget Considerations: Fire Dept. Wildland Truck Purchase Sidewalks TIF#8 Industrial Park Development Operation and Maintenance Capital Projects Debt Service 3.) Possible closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This pertains to the Public Works Director, the Chief of Police, and the City Clerk-Treasurer. 2018 Employee Wages. 4.) The Committee will reconvene in open session and may act on matters discussed in closed session and to complete the agenda. 5.) Conversion to Paid Time Off system for employee benefits. 6.)
