AMERY CITY FINANCE/PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
February 26, 2019
Kris Vicker called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Kristen Vicker, and Sarah Flanum.
Absent: Rick Davis
Staff Present: Kim Moore, City Administrator
Others present: Mayor Paul Isakson, Tim Strohbusch
1. Commissioner Vicker called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. Motion by Flanum, seconded by Vicker to have Johnson Controls repair the computer that controls the
HVAC system, with repair costs not to exceed $11,000.
Ayes-2 Nays-0 Motion carried
3. Motion by Flanum and seconded by Vickers to take the funds to pay for the HVAC repairs from the Rainy
Day fund as it is an unexpected expense and not in the 2019 budget for the Community Center.
Ayes-2 Nays-0 Motion carried
4. Motion by Vicker and seconded by Flanum to adjourn at 5:27 p.m.
Ayes-2 Nays-0 Motion carried

3.) CDBG Eligibility, LMI Update;
4.) Possible closed session proceedings under WI §19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental
body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This pertains to: City Clerk/Treasurer position.
5.) The Committee will reconvene in open session and may act on matters discussed in closed session
and to complete the agenda.
6.) Adjourn
**A quorum of City Council members may attend for information gathering purposes.
