AMERY CITY FINANCE/PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING March 26, 2019 Rick Davis called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Present: Rick Davis, Kristen Vicker, and Sarah Flanum. Absent: None Staff Present: Kim Moore, City Administrator Others present: Mayor Paul Isakson, Tim Strohbusch 1. Commissioner Davis called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. Motion by Flanum, seconded by Vicker to go into closed session at 5:02 p.m., under closed session proceeding under WI 519.85 (1) (c), to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Ayes-3 Nays-0 Motion carried 3. Motion by Vicker and seconded by Flanum to reconvene in open session at 5:25 p.m.. Roll call. Ayes-3 Nays-0 Motion carried 4.
