CITY OF AMESBURY, MA BOARD OF HEALTH By City Clerk at 10:56 am, Jan 12, 2023 MEETING MINUTES November 17, 2022 Approved: 12/22/22 Meeting called to order at: 6:32pm Roll Call Attendance: Matt Steinel, Chairman; Robin Beeley; Ann McKay; Dan McQueen Staff: Vincenzo Tirone, Dir. of Inspectional Services; Donna Lickteig, Adm. Asst. Meeting Minutes of 6.16.22: Approved. NEW BUSINESS Board Re-organization Matt Steinel, Chairman, has stepped away from the Board. A motion by Dan to appoint Ann as Chairperson was made, seconded by Robin, made unanimous. A motion was made by Ann to appoint Robin as Co-Chair, seconded by Dan, made unanimous. Dan will remain as Secretary. Monthly Reports The Board is seeking to obtain monthly reports from the Health Nurse, Health Agent, and Animal Control Officer. CONTINUED The Board is in the process of updating the Rules and Regulations. It was decided that a workshop would take place in- volving all relevant people to discuss changes and updates that are needed to reflect State and Federal guidelines. The workshop is scheduled to take place in January 2023. Once the draft is completed, a public hearing will be held to vote on the changes. The meeting adjourned at 7:25pm
