Approved unanimously. Applications were received and reviewed 2022-5-1 and 2022-6-1 are still pending awaiting for them to submit completed tax return 2022-5-2 will also remind on hold pending submission of tax return A letter was sent requesting the returns last month and there has been no response. Anne F will call applicants and ask for their complete tax return. Anne F. Will verify that that they fall with in low income guidelines. A motion was made by Anne F and seconded by Joan that if the tax returns indicate they qualify as low income, then we will pay the 3 invoices. lt passed unanimously. No new applications have been received. The review of HUD income standards was tabled until Deb returns.
