Cases for 21-002 and 21- 007, 21-008 were individually reviewed and unanimously denied by members of AHCTC. Residents to be reminded of the importance of reviewing invoices and avoid submitting duplicates month after month.  January minutes approved as written.  New client inquiry received on cell phone (JH). Application sent but nothing returned or submitted to the trust.  21-003 received and returned payment check to Convenient MD. Check # 044659 issued on 9/3/2020 sent to Convenient MD with explanatory note on 1/25/2021 following conversation with E. Doucette. No feedback to date.  21-014: request to send more info to approve eligibility requirements have not been received.  Once Buildings and agencies are open to the public brochures will be replenished.  Monthly preparation process for AHCTC meeting o Agenda sent to City Clerk Friday prior to meeting  o Last mail pick up at Post Office Box Monday prior to the meeting o Preparation of paperwork and member notification prior to meeting  No update received regarding the new AHCTC applicant interviewed by Chief of Staff and AHCTC Chair. Recommendation to send applicant to Mayor for approval process. Hoping the applicant will be presented to City Council by Feb meeting.  Discussion regarding cell phone ensued including monitoring and yearly updates. EH will continue to carry and investigate replacing minutes and/or service. A guide sheet for phone operations will be compiled for future clarity and use. On a motion made and seconded it was unanimously approved to purchase service/minutes for the following year and submit for reimbursement next month. EH will investigate how to change message on phone. Potential exists for future rotating cell phone monitoring.  Cell phone inquiry regarding baby scale payment will be discussed with L. Harrington. Suggestions for potential sources of assistance offered.  Request received regarding purchase of baby scale. Organization to be notified item not covered by Trust.  Future meetings will be on the third Thursday of the month, 1pm at City Hall; Next meetings: March 18, April 15, May 20.
