Cases for 21-002 were individually reviewed and unanimously denied by members of AHCTC  February minutes approved as written.  21-014: request to send more info to approve eligibility requirements have not been received.  Once Buildings and agencies are open to the public brochures will be replenished.  Monthly preparation process for AHCTC meeting o Agenda sent to City Clerk Friday prior to meeting o Last mail pick up at Post Office Box Monday prior to the meeting o Preparation of paperwork and member notification prior to meeting  No update received regarding the new AHCTC applicant interviewed by Chief of Staff and AHCTC Chair.  Future meetings will be on the third Thursday of the month, 1pm at City Hall; Next meetings: April 15, May 20.
