They were approved unanimously. Officers were agreed upon by the Trust members. Chair - Anne Bryant; Correspondence Secretary - Anne Ferguson; Administrative Secretary - Joan. One application has been received and was reviewed. Case number 2022-1-1. lt was not clear that applicant was an Amesbury resident. Deb to follow up to verify residency. Pending verification of residence it was unanimously voted to pay the bill. Reviewed payment process. Correspondence Secretary will complete request for payment and give to CFO for city and communicate to applicant that application was approved/denied. Anne F is following up with Comsat the billfor antivirus software billwe have received. A decision was made that there is no need for a computer so she will cancel. Deb to create a spreadsheet to track cases. All information will be confidentialwith no personal information included. The Trust committee decided to get a google phone number to replace the current Trust phone. ln order to do this we need to establish a gmail account and then get a phone number. The Trust will develop a system for monitoring phone and e-mail. AmesburyCharitableHealthCareTrust@gmail.com. When obtained the phone number will be published on website. Printed copies of applications have been completed. They will be distributed to Pettengill, Our Neighbors' Table, Senior Center, City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, Library, school nurses. Deb will send a letter to these organizations with a hard copy of the application once our phone number is established. We delightfully welcomed Anne Ferguson as a new member.
