' Anne Ferguson CITY C: i.:;:i:" '"'- I " Meeting was called to order at 2:00 A motion was made by Anne B., seconded by Deb and passed unanimously to discontinue post office box and use city hall address instead. One application was received but is incomplete and uses old application form. Anne F. will follow up with applicant. A first read of the application raises questions about eligibility and possible other resources which Anne F. will pursue with applicant. We received a thank you note from a recipient of grant money (case 2022-1-1). A motion was made by Anne B and seconded by Deb to approve the September minutes. Approved unanimously. Gift cards have been found with uncertain expired and balance. Any with remaining balances will be donated to Pettengill - as motioned by Anne F and seconded by Joan - passed unanimously. New phone number/system is in place. All calls are forwarded to our ACHT email. The email is amesburyhealthcaretrust@gmail.com Deb has emailed application info to all the organizations identified last month.
