A motion was made by Anne F and seconded by Anne B to accept the minutes. The motion was approved unanimously. August minutes were presented. A motion made by Joan and seconded by Anne to accept the minutes. The motion was approved unanimously. Deb presented the financial report from the City records, The current balance is $161 ,961 .08. Two new applications have been received. Case 2025-03-02 - was reviewed and approved payable to Anaa Jaques $201.54 Case 2025-04-01 - was reviewed and approved payable to $185.44 to Shields lmaging. Anne B met with Annmary Connor at the Towers to spread information about available money. Deb to do some outreach to help social service people to help increase awareness of funds. We will be in touch with Anne Marie to get the city's help in publishing our flyer/grant info on social media. Deb to send the flyer to Olivia White with request to post on Towers Community Bulletin Board, A motion was made by Deb and seconded by Anne F. to adjourn at 2:22.
