Meeting was called to order at 2:05pm with a quorum of 4/8 voting members present (Amesbury, Merrimac, Georgetown, Rowley,). Newbury joined the meeting at a later point. II.​ Approval of September 3rd Minutes a.​ Frank made a motion to approve the minutes as written. Chris seconded. 4/4 voting members in attendance voted to approve. III.​ Michael Hicks from Relavent 45-Minute Presentation a.​ Michael Hicks gave a presentation on his inspectional software, Relavent. Service fees for Relavent are paid on behalf of the alliance with no price changes. This would be a good opportunity for inspectors to have everything they need for completing  NOTICE OF OPEN PUBLIC MEETING Merrimack Valley Public Health Alliance inspections in one digitized place. With the ability to take pictures, work offline, and send reports to those who need it right away. b.​ There is always the opportunity to back out of using this software if it is not the best fit for the municipalities. c.​ If the group is interested, we can arrange a full demo on Relavent. IV.​ IMA Updates a.​ If you have not sent the IMA to your legal team or provided us with the specific name of your lawyer then no progress has been made. Please send Erika and Meghan your specific contact at your legal team to pass on to Rich Mucci at MAHB. You can also send the IMA to your legal team yourself to get the final version of the IMA signed by Oct 31st. 1.​ Only have them from Rowley and Amesbury V.​ Community Updates a.​ On Oct 1st Meghan and Erika will be attending a training event which falls during our meeting time. We are looking to find another date to meet either next week on Sep 24th at 2pm or on Oct 8th at 2pm. The group seemed to be open to Oct 8th but will confirm with folks who did not attend the meeting. VI.​ Recap Next Steps a.​ Reminder to send your legal contacts for the IMA b.​ Is Relavent something that we want to move forward with? Who in your municipality will need these licenses? c.​ Please reach out to Erika to arrange time to review inspector and nursing questions d.​ Confirm with Erika and Meghan if rescheduling our next meeting to October 8th at 2pm will work.  NOTICE OF OPEN PUBLIC MEETING Merrimack Valley Public Health Alliance VII.​ Adjournment a.​ Deb Ketchen made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Deb Rogers seconded. All were in favor of the meeting adjourned at 3:03pm.
