Asst. Donna Lickteig _______________________________________________ Call to Order Roll Call/Attendance Minutes for Approval – 5/23/24 Topics for Discussion: 1. Jennifer Cunio – Variance pursuant to zoning ordinance under Section V, Use of Regulations, Table of Dimensional and Density Regulations for setback requirements to construct an addition. Chair McDermot called the meeting to order at 7:02pm Chair McDermot read the agenda items. Chair McDermot asked the board if they had any changes to the meeting minutes. Chair McDermot motioned to approve the minutes from May 23, 2024. Motion by Dave Haraske, seconded by Donna Collins. All in favor. Yann Oliveira, on behalf of Jennifer Cunio, discussed the plan to add an addition using spaced considered as the existing kitchen, expanding that space outward to enlarge the kitchen, to allow a work from home area for Ms. Cunio. Chair McDermot made a motion to close for discussion. Summary of Findings read by Chair McDermot Chair McDermot made a motion to approve/deny Charles Bassler – approve Donna Collins – approve Sharon McDermot – approve David Haraske – approve The Board voted unanimously to approve the Variance application to construct an addition.
