PUBLIC HEARINGS
Nicolas Vlahos – 80 Cedar St. – Variance pursuant to zoning ordinance under Section V, Use of Regulations,
Table of Dimensional and Density Regulations for setback requirements to construct an addition.
Mr. Vlahos went over the paperwork to construct an addition. To construct, the side setback would be
diminished by 1’ 6”. Mr. Haraske questioned why they chose to construct the addition on the area chosen,
instead of a different area where the setback wouldn’t be compromised. Mr. Vlahos stated that to maintain
continuity of the interior, and to keep the outside design aesthetic, this was the only area of the home that
would make sense to add the addition.
Chair McDermot made a motion to close for discussion.
Summary of Findings read by Chair McDermot
Chair McDermot made a motion to approve/deny
Charles Bassler – approve
Donna Collins – approve
Sharon McDermot – approve
