Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes December 1, 2022 Meeting was called to order at 8:15 a.m. . MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Dennis Siry, Deputy Mayor Smith, Trustee O’Neill, Trustee Owen E. Brooks, Jr. MEMBERS ABSENT: Trustee Whalen ALSO PRESENT: Village Attorney Bruce Kennedy – joined meeting in progress APD Chief Bryan Burton AFD First Assistant Chief Steven Juliano DPW Superintendent Bruce Hopper Catherine C. Murdock, Clerk/Treasurer Deputy Treasurer Jackie Aissa Wendy O’Neill, Assistant to the Mayor Mayor Siry welcomed all in attendance to the Special Board of Trustees Meeting and asked Chief Burton to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. He announced that Trustee Whalen was unable to attend due to reasons beyond his control. Mayor Siry replied that the Village has not yet heard about our project approvals, however, Buffalo, NY was recently notified which may mean approvals are coming soon.
