The Board of Trustees Meeting was called to order at 8:15 a.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Michael O’Neill, Deputy Mayor Owen E. Brooks, Jr.; Trustee

Mayor Michael O’Neill welcomed everyone to the Board of Trustees Special Meeting and asked Lt. Frank
Caramanica to lead the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approve the Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes from the May 12th 2025 Meeting
