Board of Trustees Special Meeting Minutes July 24, 2025 The Board of Trustees Meeting was called to order at 8:15 a.m. MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Michael O’Neill, Deputy Mayor Owen E. Brooks, Jr.; Trustee Roger Smith, Trustee Robert Russo, Trustee Adam Ansanelli MEMBERS ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: Village Attorney Bruce Kennedy APD Lt. Frank Caramanica to lead the Pledge of Allegiance.
