AMATS committee meetings are open to the public and the public is provided an opportunity to comment
at each meeting. Business items are presented by staff or consultant. After the committee discusses the
business item, the public is invited to formally comment.

Recommendation: Review and approve release of the UPWP narrative, for 30-day public review period.

Recommendation: Review and approve the UPWP budget.
C. Eagle River 2nd 10-Year PM-10 Limited Maintenance Plan Memo Appendix
Recommendation: Review and recommend adoption of the Eagle River 2nd 10-Year PM-10 Limited
Maintenance Plan by the Anchorage Assembly for incorporation in the State Air Quality Control Plan.
D. CAC Resolution 002-2019 Glenn Highway On-Ramp Merge Upgrades
Recommendation: Review and approve CAC resolution 002-2019.
