AMATS 2040 MTP Draft Air Quality Conformity Determination Memo Recommendation: Review and recommend release of the AMATS 2040 MTP Draft Air Quality Conformity Determination for a 30 day public review/comment period to the Policy Committee. B. AMATS 2040 MTP TAC Review Draft Appendices Memo Recommendation: Review and recommend release of the AMATS 2040 MTP TAC Review Draft for a 30-day public review period to the Policy Committee. C. Connected and Autonomous Vehicle Charter Recommendation: Review and recommend approval of the Connected and Autonomous Vehicle Charter to the Policy Committee. 6.
