CALL TO ORDER Chair Rivera convened the Special Assembly Meeting of November 16, 2020 at 6:05 p.m. 2. AYES: Pete Petersen, Suzanne LaFrance, Forrest Dunbar, Felix Rivera, Christopher Constant, Kameron Perez-Verdia, Meg Zaletel NAYS: Jamie Allard, John Weddleton, Crystal Kennedy Meg Zaletel moved, to Amend AR 2020-398(S) with Zaletel, Rivera, Forrest Dunbar seconded, Dunbar Amendment No. 1 AR Page 4, beginning at line 2; renumbering Section 3 to 4 and subsequent sections accordingly, and adding a new Section 3 as follows: Section 3. The Administration shall create a clear set of metrics, leveraging the data, best practice, and current information available through the Anchorage Health Department, UAA and other partners, that will reflect the key indicators and thresholds for risk the Municipality relies upon in deciding whether to tighten or loosen restrictions, which may result in revised or new Emergency Orders. The metrics shall be published on the Municipality’s COVID-19 Updates webpages when available and updated not less than weekly. The Municipality shall conduct a public education campaign about the metrics.
