Maintenance building repairs complete. 3. Snow equipment ready for snow season. 4. Installation of solar-powered, LED taxilane centerline lights almost complete. 5. 2021 accomplishments. OLD BUSINESS 1. Motion to approve a 3 year lease agreement between Tom Wood Aviation and the Anderson Municipal Airport to lease the living quarters vacated by PHI to be used as an office and storage facility for radio equipment. The cost is assessed as $100 plus tenant is responsible for all utilities. Motion to approve a memorandum of agreement between Anderson Aviation and the Anderson Municipal Airport for Anderson Aviation to borrow a floor scrubber at no cost for the term of hangar rental lease.
