President Symmes called the executive session of the
Anderson Redevelopment Commission to order at
4:02pm on December 20, 2021.
A roll call was taken and a quorum established.
The Commission met to discuss PR Bingham LLC’s
compliance with an Economic Development
Agreement as authorized under I.C. 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)2(D).
Meeting adjourned at 4:42pm.
