MEMBERS PRESENT . Mr. Dixon made a motion to approve and accept
Mike Mckinley, Chairperson the claims in the amount of $551,712.34. Mr.
Nicale Rector, Member Mckinley second. Motion passed.

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Mckinley said the Police Department's new

Ms. Rector made a motion to accept the bid from
Gerry's Constriction in the amount of $8,322 for
the property at 4203 Haverhill. Mr. Dixon
seconded. Motion passed.
Ms. Rector made a motion to adjourn the
meeting.
Mr. Mckinley adjourned the meeting at 4:14 pm
