City of Anderson Minutes of the Regular Meeting: May 6, 2015 Board of Public Works PRESENT: Pete Heuer, Chariman Micah Mitchell Charlie Jones, Member Frank E. Owens Charlee Turner, Recording Secretary Ashley Hopper APPROVAL OF MINUTES Meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m. Member Jones made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Chairman Heuer seconded. Motion passed unanimously. NEW BUSINESS RE-PLAT OF THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS MADISON SQUARE SECTION FOUR Micah Mitchell, Municipal Development, requested the Board approve a plat known as Madison Square Section Four. The plat was approved during the April 28th, 2015 Plan Commission meeting. It is located in the 1100 block of West Cross Street on the North side and the 2000 to 2100 block of North Madison Avenue, on the West Side. The plat contains a total of 18.938 acres. Member Jones moved to approve the plat, easements and covenants. Chairman Heuer seconded. Motion passed unanimously. MISCELLANEOUS OLD BUSINESS CLAIMS With no further business coming before the Board it was unanimously passed to pay the claims in the amount of $2,487,573.46. Member Jones made the motion to pay the bills and Chairman Heuer seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
