Mr. Williams arrived at 4:39 p.m. and Mrs. Weatherspoon was absent. Mr. Widing performed the invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. MINUTES: The December 5, 2007 minutes were approved as presented. Motion passed unanimously; 4 yes, 0 no.
