MEMBERS ABSENT Resolution EDC0 8-17 Resolution Bill Nagengast, President Recommending Residential Tax Abatement for Northbridge Homes, LLC, 6516 Bluegrass Drive STAFF PRESENT Mr. Winkler explained Resolution #EDC08-17 is for a Tim Lanane, City Attorney residential tax abatement for Lot 49 in Apple Downs Greg Winkler, Executive Director Addition, 6516 Bluegrass Drive. The improvements April Phillips, Economic Development Staff to the property will be at an estimated cost of $171,500.
