MINUTES Mr. Stephenson called for the minutes of January 11, 2018 to be approved. Unanimous approval of January 11, 2018 minutes; 3 yes, 0 no. NEW BUSINESS Resolution EDC 05-18 A Resolution Recommending Residential Tax Abatement for Alexandra Bilbrey, 1411 Northcrest Drive Mr. Winkler briefed Commission Members on Resolution EDC05-18 residential tax abatement for Alexandra Bilbrey, 1411 Northcrest Drive. Mr. Winkler stated the address is located in the Northcrest Addition, Lot 9 and improvements to the property will be at an estimated cost of $159,000. Ms. Bilbrey was introduced and briefed members on construction. Brief discussion followed. The request is for a six-year tax abatement, as it is considered in- fill housing. Construction will commence before December 31, 2018, for a single-family dwelling intended for human habitation.
