Mr. Winkler stated the address STAFF PRESENT is 6524 Bluegrass Drive, Lot 50 in the AppleDowns Paul Podlejski, Assistant City Attorney Addition. NEW BUSINESS ADJOURNMENT EDC03-19 - RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING Mr. Stephenson adjourned the meeting at 4:41 p.m. RESIDENTIAL TAX ABATEMENT FOR NORIKO AND DARRELL HIATT Mr. Winkler briefed Commission Members on Resolution EDC03-19 residential tax abatement for Noriko and Darrell Hiatt. Mr. Winkler stated the address is 6335 Bluegrass Drive, Lot 10 in the AppleDowns Addition. Improvements to the property will be at an estimated cost of $306,910.00. The request is for a three-year tax abatement, as it is not considered in-fill housing. Construction will commence before December 31, 2019, for a single- family dwelling intended for human habitation. Mr. and Mrs. Hiatt are in California and Mr. Leslie from Bridgenorth Homes represented the couple. Mr. Leslie briefed members on the construction. Brief discussion followed.
