PUBLIC MEETING EDC11-19 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING
4:30 p.m. RESIDENTIAL TAX ABATEMENT FOR WENDY

120 East 8th Street Mr. Winkler briefed Commission Members on
Anderson, IN 46016 Resolution EDC11-19 a residential tax abatement for
Wendy Koger. Mr. Winkler stated the address is
MEMBERS PRESENT 6514 Colt Lane, Lot 20 in the Apple Downs Addition.
Lance Stephenson, President Improvements to the property will be at an estimated
Lisa Hobbs, Vice President cost of $236,280.00. The request is for a three-year
Mary Jamerson, Sec/Treas tax abatement, as it is not considered in-fill housing.
Roger Reed Construction will commence before December 31,
2019, for a single-family dwelling intended for human

Mr. Stephenson called the meeting to order at Ms. Hobbs made a motion to adjourn and Mr. Reed
4:30 p.m. and declared a quorum with four (4) seconded. Meeting adjourned at 4:43 p.m.

minutes as presented. Ms. Hobbs seconded.
Motion passed unanimously; 4 yes, 0 no.
NEW BUSINESS
EDC10-19 - RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING
RESIDENTIAL TAX ABATEMENT FOR
MELISHA AND SCOTT TROXELL
Mr. Winkler briefed Commission Members on
Resolution EDC10-19 residential tax abatement for
Melisha and Scott Troxell. Mr. Winkler stated the
address is 3110 Derby Way, Lot 13 in the Apple
Downs Addition. Improvements to the property will
be at an estimated cost of $331,000.00. The request
is for a three-year tax abatement, as it is not
considered in-fill housing. Construction will
commence before December 31, 2019, for a single-
family dwelling intended for human habitation. Mr.
Troxell briefed members on the construction. Brief
discussion followed.
Ms. Hobbs moved to approve Resolution EDC10-19
for Melisha and Scott Troxell and Ms. Jamerson
seconded. Motion passed unanimously; 4 yes, 0 no.
