OATHS OF OFFICE – Tabled ELECTION OF OFFICERS - Tabled MINUTES Ms. Hobbs moved to approve the December 12, 2019 minutes as presented. Mr. Reed seconded. Motion passed unanimously; 3 yes, 0 no. NEW BUSINESS EDC01-20 - RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RESIDENTIAL TAX ABATEMENT FOR TINA AND TODD RHOADES – 3118 DERBY WAY Mr. Winkler briefed members on Resolution EDC01- 20 a residential tax abatement for Tina and Todd Rhoades. Mr. Winkler stated the address is 3118 Derby Way, Lot 14 in Apple Downs Addition. The request is for a three-year tax abatement, as it is not considered in-fill housing. Construction will commence before December 31, 2019, for a single- family dwelling intended for human habitation. Improvements to the property will be at an estimated cost of $391,340.00. Mr. and Mrs. Rhoades briefed members on the new construction. Brief discussion followed.
