Special Meeting- Minutes Anderson Board of Parks and Recreation December 27, 2012 10:00 a.m. Anderson City Council Chambers Meeting called to order- 10:05 a.m. Members present: Dick Bevelhimer, Carolyn Dunteman, Darin Foltz Others present: Jason Childers City Attorney, Mayor Kevin Smith Pledge of Allegiance Business Administrator – No claims were presented. Stephon Blackwell- Mr. Blackwell presented recommendations as follows: -Recommended termination of Mark Konkle (Working Foreman). -Requested approval to bring back three laid off union workers to the maintenance department. -Requested approval to hire a Golf Course Superintendent. -Requested approval to hire someone to replace terminated working foreman. -Requested permission from the Board to approve compensatory time as needed for optimal operation of the department. -Motion was made by Darin Foltz to approve all requests as presented.
