Larcom Jr. Building, 301 E. Huron St. ROLL CALL Jennifer Alexa, Deputy City Clerk and Kelly Beatie, Boards & Commissions Coordinator, were also present. Present: 2- Jacqueline Beaudry, and Matt Thomas Absent: 1- Stephen Postema APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Pfannes, seconded by Thomas, that the Agenda be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 18-1842 City Election Commission Meeting Minutes of October 16, 2018 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Pfannes, that the Minutes be approved by the Commission and forwarded to City Council. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Election Commission Meeting Minutes - Final October 26, 2018 Public Accuracy and Logic Test of the Voting Equipment to be Used on November 6, 2018 Deputy City Clerk Jennifer Alexa conducted the public accuracy and logic test of the voting equipment to be used in the November 6, 2018 General Election. Results of the test were certified by three members of the election commission: Jacqueline Beaudry, City Clerk; Matt Thomas, Assistant City Attorney; and Robert Pfannes, Interim Chief of Police. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Revised Election Inspector Appointment List A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Pfannes, that the revised election inspector appointment list be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS The City Clerk announced that the Clerk's Office is exploring the possibility of relocating the Ward 1, Precinct 4 Polling Place from Second Baptist Church to a location closer to downtown.
