Larcom Jr. Building, 301 E. Huron St. ROLL CALL Steve Gerhart, Deputy City Clerk, and Kelly Beattie, Boards & Commissions Coordinator, were also present. Present: 2- Jacqueline Beaudry, and Matt Thomas Absent: 1- Stephen Postema APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Pfannes, seconded by Thomas, that the agenda be approved. On a voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 18-1842 City Election Commission Meeting Minutes of October 16, 2018 A motion was made by Pfannes, seconded by Thomas, that the Minutes of the October 16, 2018 special meeting of the Election Commission be approved. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS UNFINISHED BUSINESS City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Election Commission Meeting Minutes - Final November 1, 2018 Revised Election Inspector Appointment List A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Pfannes, that the revised election inspector appointment list be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. Public Accuracy and Logic Test of the Voting Equipment to be Used on November 6, 2018 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Pfannes, that the results of the public accuracy and logic test of voting equiptment conducted on October 26, 2018 be reaffirmed and approved. On a voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried.
