Larcom Jr. Building, 301 E. Huron St. Present: 3- Jacqueline Beaudry, Matt Thomas, and Jason Forsberg Absent: 2- Stephen Postema, and Michael Cox Jennifer Alexa, Deputy City Clerk; Steve Gerhart, Deputy City Clerk; and Kelly Beattie, Boards and Commissions Coordinator, were also present. PUBLIC COMMENT None APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0273 Election Commission Minutes of January 8, 2020 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Forsberg, that the Minutes be Approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS 20-0271 Election Inspector Appointments for the March 10, 2020 Election A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Forsberg, that the resolution be approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the chair declared the motion carried. City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Election Commission Meeting Minutes - Final February 18, 2020 20-0272 Public Accuracy and Logic Test of the Voting Equipment to be used at the March 10, 2020 Presidential Primary Election The results of the accuracy and logic test were certified by the Election Commission.
