ROLL CALL Steve Gerhart, Chief Deputy City Clerk, was also in attendance. Present: 3- Jacqueline Beaudry, Michael Cox, and Matt Thomas Absent: 1- Stephen Postema APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Cox, that the Agenda be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-1531 City Election Commission Meeting Minutes of January 14, 2021 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Cox, that the Election Commission Meeting Minutes of January 14, 2021 be approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by 9/20/2021. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS 21-1532 City of Ann Arbor Election Commission Resolution to Consolidate Precincts and Establish Absent Voter Count Boards and Receiving Boards for the Special Election to be Held in the City of Ann Arbor on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Cox, that the Resolution be approved by the Commission.
