Huron Street. ROLL CALL Deputy Clerk Steve Gerhart was also in attendance. Present: 4- Jacqueline Beaudry, Michael Cox, Matt Thomas, and Jason Forsberg Absent: 1- Stephen Postema APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Forsberg, seconded by Thomas, that the Agenda be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-1571 City Election Commission Meeting Minutes of August 18, 2021 A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Forsberg, that the City Election Commission Meeting Minutes of August 18, 2021 be approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by 11/1/2021. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS Approval of November 2, 2021 City Election Ballot A motion was made by Forsberg, seconded by Thomas, that the proof ballots for the November 2, 2021 Special Election be approved. City of Ann Arbor Page 1 Election Commission Meeting Minutes - Final August 31, 2021 INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS Commissioners discussed the upcoming appointment of election inspectors and the public accuracy test. Clerk Beaudry also informed the Commission that the City's election space needs is a top priority for upcoming year, both for the preparation of absentee ballots and the testing of voting equipment.
