The Commission action will be forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 8/5/2019. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried with a no vote by Bill DeGroot. Vice-Chair Elections (LINDA DIANE FELDT) A motion was made by Parsons, seconded by Gordon, that Kleinman be elected as Vice Chair. On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. Energy Commission Electric Vehicle (EV) Readiness Subcommittee - Transportation Commission representative (LINDA DIANE FELDT) A motion was made by Kleinman, seconded by Parsons, that Robert Gordon continue serving on the Energy Commission's EV Readiness Subcommittee and act as an informal liaison to the Transportation Commission. On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
