Larcom, Jr. Building, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 301 E. Huron Street. ROLL CALL (KAYLA COLEMAN) Kayla Coleman called the roll. Non-voting Commission members: Sergeant Bill Clock, Raymond Hess, Howard Lazarus, Liz Margolis. Non-voting Commission members absent: Steve Dolen, Matt Webb. On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. A motion was made by Councilmember Griswold, seconded by Parsons, that the July 29 Special Meeting Minutes be Approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 9/16/2019. On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. STAFF REPORT AND UPDATES (RAYMOND HESS) 19-1526 Transportation Project Updates August 2019 Commissioner questions and comments included: - Traffic Calming budget. - Cut-throughs (Rosedale and Glenwood). - Arbor Bike and road diet status updates. - Research Park. - Washtenaw and Pittsfield update. Received and Filed LIAISON REPORTS (LINDA DIANE FELDT) Commissioner questions and comments included: - Road diets. - Washington Street bike infrastructure. - Transit signal priority grant. - Upcoming AAATA route changes. - County Road Millage.
