A motion was made by Parsons, seconded by Boland, that the
Consent Agenda be Approved by the Commission and the Minutes
forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 6/15/2020.
On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.

A motion was made by Feldt, seconded by Woods, that Jim
Summers' appointment to the Micro-Mobility Committee be
Approved. On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the
motion carried.

Chair Kleinman and Commissioner Summers shared an update on the
recent activities of the Micro-Mobility Committee.

A motion was made by Parsons, seconded by Boland, that City of
Ann Arbor staff complete the work outlined in the "Resolution to
Appropriate $21,700 from General Fund to Fund Additional Tasks
Associated with the Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update
Project and to Approve an Amendment to the Professional Services
Agreement with Sam Schwartz Consulting, LLC ($373,370)" and that
this recommendation be forwarded to the City Council and should
be returned by 6/15/2020. On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair
declared the motion carried.
