On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT - (MOLLY KLEINMAN) No comments provided. This recommendation should be forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 7/6/2020. On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
