A motion was made by Parsons, seconded by Hautamaki, that the
Consent Agenda be Approved by the Commission and the Minutes
forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 7/20/2020.
On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.

A motion was made by Parsons, seconded by Feldt, to recommend
that Council approve the Healthy Streets Pilot Requests (as
described in the attached PDF) as soon as possible and that no
additional renderings be needed. This recommendation should be
forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 7/6/2020.
On a unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
Chapter 40 Trees and Vegetation Ordinance (COUNCILMEMBER GRISWOLD)
Commissioner questions and comments included:
• Safety metrics; vegetation standards; sight distance; lawn extension vs.
private property
• Full review of Chapter 40
• Informational presentation requested; possible committee needed
