On a unanimous voice vote the chair declared the motion carried, said motion was forwarded to City Council and should be returned by 09/05/2023. IV.) PUBLIC COMMENT - 3 MINUTES PER SPEAKER (Bret Hautamaki) 23-1241 Public Comments - Transportation Commission 3 Emails received inclusive of attachments. • Speaker 1: CIP and the Border-to-Border Trail. • Speaker 2: cameras; 4.7M Safe Streets for All Grant; rationale. Fulmer (Miller to Foss) Traffic Calming (Raymond Hess)(10 Minutes) 23-1237 Fulmer (Miller to Foss) Traffic Calming Commissioner questions and comments: • Traffic Calming Interest • Resident Travel Patterns • Effect on Franklin, Labor Efficiency A motion was made by Brovan, seconded by Akmon, to recommend the approval of Fulmer Traffic Calming Projects between Miller and Foss.
