On a unanimous voice vote the chair declared the motion carried, said motion was forwarded to City Council and should be returned by 10/02/2023. V.B.) A motion was made by Boland, seconded by Brovan to recommend the approval of resolution included in the packet which suggests changes to the Traffic Calming Program. The voice vote was carried by a majority vote with 7 in favor and 1 vote in opposition made by Peter Houk. The chair declared the motion carried, said motion was forwarded to City Council and should be returned by 10/02/2023. V.D.) On a unanimous voice vote the chair declared the motion to be defeated, said motion was forwarded to City Council and should be returned by 10/02/2023. VI.) INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION VI.A.)
