A motion was made by Lee, seconded by Brovan to recommend the
approval of the agenda and the approval of the minutes. On a
unanimous voice vote the chair declared the motion carried, said
motion was forwarded to City Council and should be returned by
11/06/2023.

across US-23

• Clarification on Resource needs.
• Increase of car traffic/volume will be difficult for non-motorized travel.

• MDOT acknowledges key crossings.
A motion was made by Houk, seconded by Kleinman for the
addition of a whereas clause which recommends City Council to
pass a resolution discouraging adding lanes and other actions that
will increase private vehicle traffic volume in the project area. On a
unanimous voice vote the chair declared the motion carried, said
motion was forwarded to City Council and should be returned by
11/06/2023.

approval of The Grandview Traffic Calming Project between
Packard and Stadium. On a unanimous voice vote the chair
declared the motion carried, said motion was forwarded to City
