Chambers Jr., City Council Chambers 1. Call To Order The Chair called the Meeting to order at 5:06 p.m. Joe Budge, Sheila Finlayson and Alderman Fred Paone 2. Legislation before Committee O-4-14 Lease of City Dock Space to Chesapeake Marine Tours - For the purpose of authorizing for fiscal year 2020 the lease of certain municipal property located at the City Dock to Chesapeake Marine Tours, Inc. for the docking and mooring of certain boats. Attachments: O-4-14.docx Staff Report.docx Fiscal Impact Note.pdf Maritime Advisory Board Report.pdf Ms. Gosselin made herself available for any questions that the Committee has on this legislation. Alderwoman Finlayson asked to be included as the sponsor of the legislation. Alderman Budge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Budge, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Paone O-11-14 Lease of Public Parking Lots to FRESHFARM Markets, Inc. - For the purpose of authorizing a lease of municipal property located at Parcel 1246, Parcel 1248, and Parcel 1256 as indicated on Attachment A of the lease from May 4, 2014 through November 23, 2014 (with the exception of October 12, 2014 and October 19, 2014 for the Fall Boat Shows) to FRESHFARM Markets, Inc. General Discussion ID-13-092 Updates from the Historic Preservaton Division Attachments: Historic Preservation Commission Ms. Craig provided the Annapolis Heritage Commission 2013 Annual Report, HPD Program Funding for Mayor's Proposed FY2015 Budget and the MainStreets Annapolis Partnership Major Programs and Accomplishments FY2014 to date. She updated that the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) has moved forward with establishing economic hardship criteria. HPC worked with Alderman Budget to enhanced the State historic tax credit to have increase to 25%. HPC conducted inventory of news racks HPC involved with the legislation for the City Dock Master Plan. Adjournment 6:19 Alderman Paone moved to adopt as amended. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
