Legislation before Committee O-4-14 Lease of City Dock Space to Chesapeake Marine Tours - For the purpose of authorizing for fiscal year 2020 the lease of certain municipal property located at the City Dock to Chesapeake Marine Tours, Inc. for the docking and mooring of certain boats. General Discussion ID-13-092 Updates from the Historic Preservaton Division Attachments: Historic Preservation Commission Ms. Craig provided the Annapolis Heritage Commission 2013 Annual Report, HPD Program Funding for Mayor's Proposed FY2015 Budget and the MainStreets Annapolis Partnership Major Programs and Accomplishments FY2014 to date. She updated that the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) has moved forward with establishing economic hardship criteria. HPC worked with Alderman Budget to enhanced the State historic tax credit to have increase to 25%. HPC conducted inventory of news racks HPC involved with the legislation for the City Dock Master Plan. Adjournment 6:19 Alderman Paone moved to adopt as amended. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
