Alderwoman Finlayson moved to postpone O-36-15. The motion failed for lack of
a second. The legislation will be sent to the full council without committee
recommendation. Alderman Arnett was present and spoke to the committee
regarding the legislation.
Alderman Budge moved to recommend O-36-15 to the full council. Motion failed
for lack of a second.
R-31-15 Rental Unit Licenses - For the purpose of waiving fees associated with the
licensure and inspection of HACA residential rental units.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
