Legislation before Committee O-36-15 Adequate Public Facilities - For the purpose of adding review criteria and certification for adequate school facilities to Title 22 of the Code of the City of Annapolis; and matters generally relating to the adequacy of school facilities. City of Annapolis Page 2 Economic Matters Committee Standing Committee Minutes January 14, 2016 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to postpone O-36-15. The motion failed for lack of a second. The legislation will be sent to the full council without committee recommendation. Alderman Arnett was present and spoke to the committee regarding the legislation. Alderman Budge moved to recommend O-36-15 to the full council. Motion failed for lack of a second. R-31-15 Rental Unit Licenses - For the purpose of waiving fees associated with the licensure and inspection of HACA residential rental units. General Discussion ID-40-16 Annual Standing Committee Chair Election Alderman Budge moved to confirm the nomination of Alderman Paone as Chair of the Economic Matter Committee. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Budge, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Paone 5.
