Call To Order Acting Chairwoman Finlayson called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 2- Finlayson and Savidge 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Add Appointments Lawrence Harris ABCB, and James Praley III, ABCB to the agenda. Savidge moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as amended. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Finlayson and Savidge Absent: 1- Rodriguez 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes ECM09.12.1 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting 9 Alderman Savidge moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Finlayson and Savidge Absent: 1- Rodriguez b. Appointments and reappointments to Committees AP-132-19 The Appointment of Robert A. Dews Jr. to the Board of Appeals Ombudsman Raftovich was present and spoke on behalf of Mr. Dews. Alderman Savidge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Finlayson and Savidge Absent: 1- Rodriguez AP-1-20 The Appointment of Karen Theimer Brown to the Heritage Commission Karen Theimer Brown was present and answered questions from he committee. Leahy was present and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Savidge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Finlayson and Savidge Absent: 1- Rodriguez AP-3-20 The Re-Appointment of Carl Corse to the Building Board of Appeals Ombudsman Raftovich was present and answered questions from the committee in place of Mr. Corse. Alderman Savidge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Finlayson and Savidge Absent: 1- Rodriguez AP-4-20 The Re-Appointment of John Jay Schwarz to the Building Board of Appeals Ombudsman Raftovich was present and answered questions from the committee in place of Mr. Schwarz. Alderman Savidge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Finlayson and Savidge Absent: 1- Rodriguez AP-5-20 The Re-Appointment of James Praley III to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Ombudsman Raftovich was present and answered questions from the committee in place of Mr. Praley III. Alderman Savidge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
