Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Schandelmeier and Alderman Savidge Absent: 1- Alderman Gay Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Savidge moved to adopt as amended to remove ID-79-23 and add AP-32-23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes EMC 4.19.23 Regular Meeting Minutes Attachments: EMC 4.19.23 Alderman Savidge moved to approve EMC 4.19.23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Appointments and Re-appointments AP-32-23 Historic Preservation Commission - Kimberly Golder Attachments: AP-32-23 Appointment Kimberly Golder was present to answer questions from the committee. Alderman Schandelmeier moved to recommend AP-32-23 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Legislation City of Annapolis Page 2 Economic Matters Committee Standing Committee Meeting October 3, 2023 Minutes - Final O-10-23 Allowing Cigar Lounges to Serve Alcoholic Beverages - For the purpose of creating a definition of Cigar Lounge as a unique category of Tobacco Shop; and allowing cigar lounges to serve alcoholic beverages in conjunction with the consumption of premium cigars, pipe tobacco, and related products; and generally related to tobacco shops.
