Alderman Schandelmeier called the Regular Meeting to order 6:03 pm.

Alderman Savidge moved to adopt as amended to remove ID-79-23 and add
AP-32-23. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

creating a definition of Cigar Lounge as a unique category of Tobacco Shop; and
allowing cigar lounges to serve alcoholic beverages in conjunction with the
consumption of premium cigars, pipe tobacco, and related products; and generally
related to tobacco shops.

wine license for specific art venues as authorized by MD. Alcoholic Beverages Code
§ 10-1002 per House Bill 353 and Senate Bill 472, signed by Governor Wes Moore
on May 3, 2023; and generally related to the Alcoholic Beverages chapter of the City
Code.
