Alderman Schandelmeier called the Special Meeting to order at 6:31 pm.

Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Savidge moved to remove O-29-23 and approve the Special Meeting
Minutes as amended. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Alderman Savidge requested that Ombudsman Raftovich make sure that AP-38-23
is a city resident.
